Debble is brought as a service at a monthly subscription. This subscription includes the updates, support and software. We offer special packages but if you want, you can purchase products on their own.

Do you only sell Sweet Packages?
No, we are very flexible. The Debble Sweet Packages are a simple kit to get you going. But it is also possible to just buy our subscription based Social Intranet solution or set up your own custom Digital Workplace with our templates. It is all possible. Get in touch with us and we will help you with your questions and provide you with a quotation.
What does your subscription model look like?
Instead of offering you a price per user, we bring a fixed monthly fee. The amount of the fee is depending on company size and your chosen Debble feature set.
Can I see Debble first?
Of course you can have a look at Debble first. We are happy to give you a demo on how Debble works and which package or solution will fit you best. Normally we do this via Skype but it's also possible to get a live demo with your colleagues at your office. Just request a demo.
Is SharePoint / Office 365 required?
Yes. Debble is based on the powerful Microsoft platform which means your organization needs to have SharePoint or Office 365. We can work with a SharePoint 2013, SharePoint 2016, SharePoint Online / Office 365 and a hybrid model. Why is support always included?
We feel it is important your Workplace is always up and running. That's why we offer you support. So you have someone to call who can help you instantly. It doesn't matter if it is just a simple question or if you would like help with setting up a new collaboration site. We are here to support you.
How do you bring updates?
We bring new updates bi-monthly. This means you will get 6 updates on your intranet per year, keeping it evergreen. The updates and the enrollment of the updates in included in the subscription pricing and is performed by the Debble product team. During the updates you do not experience any downtime or disruptions.
